The International Youth Forum Against Racism, which took place at the Canadian Pavilion at the World Exposition in Hanover, Germany on August 8-12, built on the accomplishments of youth who participated in the "Action 2000" initiative. It provided world youth with an opportunity to advance the work they had begun at the International Stop Racism Youth Forum in Ottawa. It also emphasized developing strategies for youth input and participation in the deliberations and decision-making of established international bodies.

Le Forum jeunesse international contre le racisme, qui a eu lieu du 8 au 12 août, au Pavillon canadien de l'exposition universelle d'Hanovre en Allemagne, s'est appuyé sur les réalisations des jeunes qui ont participé à Action 2000. Il a donné à la jeunesse du monde l'occasion de faire progresser le travail qu'ils avaient entrepris au Forum jeunesse international Mettons fin au racisme à Ottawa.
