The ADM Forum gives assistant deputy ministers the opportunity for more broadly based corporate involvement. It affords them the opportunity to contribute their views on the principal policy and management files of the day and, at the same times, forges a sense of community and common purpose. The ADM Forum consist of an annual cycle of three meetings. The meetings allow ADMs to examine in depth issues of a corporate nature which they have identified as of interest to the community.

Le Forum des SMA permet aux sous-ministres adjoints de participer davantage à l'étude des grandes questions qui touchent l'ensemble de l'administration fédérale. Il leur offre la possibilité de donner leurs points de vue sur les principales questions d'actualité qui concernent les politiques et la gestion tout en développant l'esprit d'appartenance et le sens d'une mission commune. Le Forum des SMA se réunit trois fois par année pour examiner en profondeur des questions d'intérêt commun.
