Dès le début de notre expérience, nous avons exclu les instabilités antérieures avec une hyperlaxité multidirectionnelle; - critères radiographiques. Suite aux recommandations de Johnson et Detrisac, ont été exclues les fractures de la marge glénoïdienne antéro-inférieure, considérées par ailleurs comme une contre-indication à toute capsulorrhaphie par Patte.
