Ce système est composé généralement de 2 aimants électro-magnétiques d'une force d'arrachement de 300kg chacun, qui sont adaptés sur le bâti dormant et qui gèrent l'ouverture de la porte à l'aide d'une impulsion électrique envoyée par le système de contrôle d'accès.
