OBS

Son nom de tortue étoilée lui vient du motif en étoiles qui apparaît sur la carapace. Cette carapace est de couleur brun foncé ou noire, avec du brun clair et des rayures jaunes partant du centre pour aller sur les côtés et former une étoile.
