The Working Group on Housing for Special Needs of the National Housing Research Committee began as a group to discuss research related to the housing needs of the elderly population, but grew to include research on the housing needs of persons with disabilities as well. The objective of the group is to provide a forum for sharing information on issues relating to housing groups with special needs.
