CIRAC is a unique partnership between 50 industries, consultants, federal and provincial government agencies, and universities across the country and beyond. Membership is open to any organization with an interest in atmospheric chemistry in its broadest sense. From the breadth and depth of expertise within its members, CIRAC is able to design and execute multidisciplinary research programs that might not otherwise be possible. L'ICRCA constitue un partenariat unique regroupant une cinquantaine d'industries, de consultants, d'organismes des gouvernements fédéral et provinciaux ainsi que des universités, provenant aussi bien du pays que de l'étranger. Tout organisme intéressé par la chimie atmosphérique dans son sens le plus large peut en faire partie. Grâce à l'ampleur de l'expertise que possèdent ses membres, l'ICRCA est en mesure de concevoir et de réaliser des programmes de recherche multidisciplinaires uniques en leur genre.
