The Interrogator Panel. This method is an interrogation-discussion interchange between a small group of knowledgeable individuals (the panel) and one more other persons (the interrogators), often under the direction of a moderator. This variation on the usual panel technique is a most effective method of making use of experts and resource personnel. Ordinarily the panel consists of three to five members and a single interrogator is used to propound questions to them.

Cette méthode consiste en une discussion-interrogation entre des membres qualifiés (les participants) et une ou deux autres personnes (les interrogateurs), souvent sous la direction d'un modérateur. Cette variation du classique débat organisé est un des moyens les plus efficaces d'utiliser les services d'experts ou de conseillers extérieurs. Généralement, l'interrogatoire organisé comprend trois à cinq participants qui répondent à un seul interrogateur chargé de leur poser des questions.
