Projet parrainé par l'Association des conjoints des parlementaires et subventionné par le Secrétariat national à l'alphabétisation. L'ACP fait venir à Ottawa des élèves du primaire (de 4e année habituellement) par autocar. Ils visitent la Parlement et se rendent à la résidence officielle d'un(e) ambassadeur(drice) ou d'un haut-commissaire où ils sont accueillis par son (sa) conjoint(e). On leur raconte des histoires du pays hôte et on leur sert une collation typique du pays. Plusieurs membres de l'ACP accompagnent les enfants et leur enseignant.
