A grant of representation is an Order of the Court which confirms or confers the authority of the personal representatives to administer the estate of the deceased, and which indicates the terms on which the estate is to be administered. grant : terme générique, employé seul (et non dans la construction «grant of...», ni en tant que membres d'un «terme complexe») pour désigner collectivement ou indifféremment les «letters probate» - ou «probate» - les «letters of administration» et les «letters of administration with the will annexed».
