Pour les filetages de bouchons, la société DME propose des mécanismes standards dits à noyau éclipsable qui permettent de dégager le noyau définissant le filetage sans avoir recours à un dévissage par rotation. Le noyau se compose de 3 à 6 segments en acier trempé qui, au moment du remplissage, ont une forme cylindrique grâce à une couronne de cales introduite avec la broche centrale. Après le recul de la broche, les segments du noyau reviennent par élasticité à leur forme conique initiale, ce qui permet de démouler le filetage interne.
