Une onde de choc est une zone d'accumulation de perturbations élémentaires où les phénomènes physiques sont extrêmement violents. Au travers de cette zone d'épaisseur très faible (de l'ordre de 1/10 000 mm) il en résulte une discontinuité de pression, température, masse volumique et vitesse. Il y a deux types d'onde de choc : - l'onde de choc droite - l'onde de choc oblique (...) ONDE DE CHOC OBLIQUE Derrière une onde de choc oblique, l'écoulement peut rester supersonique. La composante tangentielle n'est pas affectée (V0 et V1). La composante normale varie comme dans le cas du choc droit (U1 < U0).
