radar transhorizon à réflexion troposphérique : terme utilisé dans la version française du Mémoire d'entente sur la modernisation du Système de défense aérienne de l'Amérique du Nord. Évidemment ce terme ne tient pas compte des systèmes qui utilisent la réfraction ionosphérique.
