Concerning the concepts of the veloroutes and greenways where: the veloroute is simply an uninterrupted and signposted cycling itinerary on a variety of surfaces: public roads or independent cycle paths. Cyclist on a veloroute have sometimes to share public roads with motor traffic. A greenway is a paved path exclusively reserved for motorless forms of transport: bicycles, hiking, jogging and roller blades. Then we can say that the lake Geneva-Mediterranean itinerary is a veloroute with approximately 60% of the total length classified as greenway. 3, record 1, English, - veloroute

5, record 1, French, - itin%C3%A9raire%20cyclotouristique
