A pass in the coast range, northern Rocky Mountains; it extends 29 miles from former village of Dyea at the head of Taiya Inlet, Lynn Canal, southeastern Alaska, to Lake Bennett in the Yukon Territory, Canada [through British Columbia]; it was used between 1896 and 1898 by gold seekers until the opening of the White Pass farther East. 2, record 1, English, - Chilkoot%20Pass

Nom d'un col de la chaîne côtière canadienne dans la partie nord des montagnes Rocheuses; il va de Skagway sur l'inlet Chilkoot au nord de l'inlet Lynn au sud-est de l'Alaska, à Carcross sur le lac Bennett dans le Territoire du Yukon en passant, entre ces deux points, par le nord-ouest de la Colombie-Britannique.
