Fleo bulboso: Especie vivaz que se reproduce por estolones, formando un césped bastante denso de color verde claro. Tiene un excelente comportamiento invernal y no pierde su color con las bajas temperaturas. Es una de las especies cespitosas con mayor persistencia y buena resistencia al pisoteo. Debido a su origen (zonas frías de alta montaña) con la llegada del calor detiene su crecimiento y su color deriva hacia el verde grisáceo. Tolera las siegas frecuentes.
