The Vendor Performance Policy establishes a framework which allows PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] to assess supplier performance and, where appropriate, to apply measures to suppliers that fail to meet their contractual obligations. These measures can take the form of debarment or suspension from doing business with the PWGSC, or conditions on transacting future business with PWGSC.
