Le psoriasis vulgaire, en plaques. La lésion élémentaire est une plaque érythémato-squameuse arrondie à limites nettes. Habituellement, les squames, épaisses, nacrées, recouvrent la totalité de la tache érythémateuse. Le grattage à la curette les détache jusqu'à obtention d'une «rosée sanglante» (abrasion du sommet des papilles dermiques).
