The Advertising Policy Sub-committee (APSC) of the Cabinet Committee on Communications maintains an overview of government advertising and makes recommendations to the Chairperson of the Cabinet Committee, as required, on such matters as allocation of expenditures; priority themes; overall consistency and coordination; effectiveness of the management system for advertising; and, policy direction.
