The Calgary Olympic Development Association (CODA) manages the Olympic Hall of Fame with the assistance of the Canadian Olympic Association (COA). Developed through the generosity of private Calgary benefactors and constructed in the Canada Olympic Park in Calgary, Alberta, under the supervision of the Government of Canada, the Olympic Hall of Fame was opened in February 1988, during the XV Olympic Winter Games; it is devoted to the history of the Olympic Winter Games, particularly the Calgary Games, and honors the Canadian athletes who have won medals while competing in Olympic Winter Games. L'Association de développement olympique de Calgary (CODA) administre le Temple olympique de la renommée avec l'aide de l'Association olympique canadienne (AOC). Aménagé sur les terrains du Parc Olympique Canada à Calgary (Alberta) grâce à de généreux bienfaiteurs de Calgary et construit sous la supervision du Gouvernement du Canada, le Temple olympique de la renommée a été inauguré en février 1988, au cours des XVes Jeux Olympiques d'hiver; il rappelle l'histoire des Jeux Olympiques d'hiver, particulièrement ceux de Calgary, et rend hommage aux athlètes canadiens qui se sont illustrés au cours de Jeux Olympiques d'hiver.
