To obtain an oil film with sufficient load carrying ability between the contact surfaces, an oil with a certain minimum viscosity at the operating temperature must be used. Nowadays, the elastohydrodynamic theory makes it possible for the requisite viscosity of the oil to be calculated if the operating temperature is known. 2, record 1, English, - elastohydrodynamics

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 2 CONT
2, record 1, French, - %C3%A9lastohydrodynamique
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
1, record 1, French, - %C3%A9lastohydrodynamique
