As part of Blueprint 2020 (launched in June 2013), the Clerk of the Privy Council encourages departments to take advantage of Web 2.0 technologies and social media to engage with Canadians, share information, facilitate collaboration, devise new and efficient services and improve work methods. GCpedia is an internal Web 2.0 collaboration tool that can help to improve business processes and foster innovation.
