La Conférence européenne des ministres des transports (CEMT) est une organisation intergouvernementale, créée par un protocole signé à Bruxelles le 17 octobre 1953. Elle rassemble les ministres des transports des 43 pays membres à part entière. Sept pays ont un statut de membre associé, le Maroc bénéficiant d'un statut du membre observateur.
