This paper presents a simple and effective method for matching two uncalibrated images. Corner points are firstly extracted as interest points in the two images. Each interest point is assigned one dominant orientation. The initial set of point matches is then obtained by singular value decomposition of a correspondence strength matrix. A new expression of this matrix is introduced to handle more complicated imaging conditions. Each element of this matrix is the similarity measure between two interest points. The new similarity measure is invariant to image rotation by taking into account the dominant orientation of the two interest points. The epipolar geometry constraint is finally imposed to reject the false matches. Experimental results on real images show this approach to be effective for general image matching. 4, record 36, English, - singular%20value%20decomposition

United States SADT test. Scope. This method determines the minimum constant temperature air environment for an organic peroxide at which autoaccelerative decomposition will occur in a specific package. ... Summary of method. The organic peroxide in its commercial package is placed in the test chamber. A constant temperature air environment is maintained for seven days. If self-accelerating decomposition does not occur, the test is repeated at a higher temperature. Sufficient tests are made to determine an air temperature at which the package survives and an air temperature at which the sample undergoes autoaccelerative decomposition and damages the package where the temperature difference is not greater than 6 °C. The self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT) is reported as the temperature at which decomposition occurs. 1, record 37, English, - self%2Daccelerating%20decomposition%20temperature

Épreuve TDAA des États-Unis. [...] [...] Description sommaire. 3, record 37, French, - temp%C3%A9rature%20de%20d%C3%A9composition%20auto%2Dacc%C3%A9l%C3%A9r%C3%A9e

Ferrallitic soils: soils that are typically found on the old planation surfaces of the humid tropics. The chief soil-forming process is ferrallitization where weathering and leaching are intense. Rapid formation results in a deep profile rich in clay and hydrated oxides of iron, aluminium, and manganese. Free drainage gives a red coloration to the soils ... 4, record 41, English, - ferrallitization

3, record 41, Spanish, - ferralitizaci%C3%B3n

United States SADT test. Scope. This method determines the minimum constant temperature air environment for an organic peroxide at which autoaccelerative decomposition will occur in a specific package. ... Summary of method. The organic peroxide in its commercial package is placed in the test chamber. A constant temperature air environment is maintained for seven days. If self-accelerating decomposition does not occur, the test is repeated at a higher temperature. Sufficient tests are made to determine an air temperature at which the package survives and an air temperature at which the sample undergoes autoaccelerative decomposition and damages the package where the temperature difference is not greater than 6 [degrees)C. The self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT) is reported as the temperature at which decomposition occurs. 2, record 52, English, - self%2Daccelerating%20decomposition

Épreuve TDAC des Etats-unis. [...] [...] Description sommaire. 2, record 52, French, - d%C3%A9composition%20auto%2Dacc%C3%A9l%C3%A9r%C3%A9e

The base-catalyzed decomposition (BCD) process is a chemical dehalogenation technology developed by the Risk Reduction engineering Laboratory in Cincinnati ... BCD is initiated in a medium temperature thermal desorber (MTTD), at temperatures ranging from 600 to 950 degrees Fahrenheit. Chemicals are added to contaminated soils, sediments, or sludge matrices containing hazardous chlorinated organics including polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) and polychlorinated dioxins and furans. BCD then chemically detoxifies the condensed organic contaminants by removing chlorine from the contaminant and replacing it with hydrogen. 1, record 67, English, - base%2Dcatalyzed%20decomposition

2, record 88, French, - d%C3%A9composition

A non-toxic chemical dispersant being developed by Merv Fingas of Environment Canada's Environmental Emergencies Technology Division (EETD) is being tested as a potential aid to the Exxon Valdez oilspill cleanup. The chemical formula would break up "mousse", an oil and seawater emulsion, and return the oil to a liquid state, making it easier to skim off the water. In April, Fingas went to Valdez, Alaska to test the "mousse eater" on the oil slick. 2, record 100, English, - mousse%20break%20up

2, record 100, French, - d%C3%A9composition%20de%20mousse
