Lignes d'extrusion-soufflage avec bi-étirage en cycle chaud. Ces machines sont le plus souvent utilisées pour la fabrication de bouteilles en PVC bi-orienté. Elles sont en général conçues de la façon suivante : -un système d'alimentation du compound PVC; -une extrudeuse permettant de gélifier la résine de base, équipée d'une tête à paraison; -une roue de préformes, ou tout autre dispositif permettant de souffler la préforme; -un four de conditionnement thermique permettant d'ajuster les gradients de température; -une roue ou tout autre dispositif permettant de souffler, par bi-étirage, la préforme.

OBS

Conception des machines. Deux types d'installation : En ligne : le reconditionnement en température est effectué immédiatement après la fabrication de la préforme injectée ou extrudée-soufflée. En 2 étapes : l'ébauche est refroidie et stockée, le conditionnement en température s'effectue à partir de pièces froides.
