To set down a matter for trial, the following documents have to be filed: 1) Request for Setting Down Action for Trial; 2) Set-down Bundle; and 3) Request for Hearing Dates (where hearing fees are payable). After filing of the above, the setting down party had to serve on the opposing party a Notification of Setting Down Action within 24 hours.
