The program for meeting LFCPFS emphasizes endurance and muscular strength, aerobic capability, power and flexibility. ... LFCPFS constitutes a single standard for all 5 ASG [5 Area Support Group] personnel, regardless of gender, age or size. Three tests were selected to assess the physical fitness of Army personnel. The tests must be performed consecutively, and failure on one test requires a re-take of the three tests that comprise [the] LFCPFS. These tests are: marching 13 kilometres carrying a load of 24 kilograms in under 2 hours, 26 minutes, 20 seconds; evacuating a victim over a distance of 100 metres in under 60 seconds; and digging a trench comprising 0.486 square metre of gravel in under 6 minutes. 1, record 4, English, - Land%20Force%20Command%20Physical%20Fitness%20Standard

1, record 4, French, - Norme%20d%26rsquo%3Baptitude%20physique%20du%20Commandement%20de%20la%20Force%20terrestre
