As an agency of the Province of Ontario (Canada), the Ontario Financing Authority (OFA) is responsible for provincial borrowing and debt management activities. The Authority also operates the Province of Ontario Savings Office which offers deposit-taking services to residents. The Authority reports to the Minister of Finance through its Chair who is also the Deputy Minister of Finance.
