The Canada-China Scholars' Exchange Program (CCSEP) is Canada's longest-running bilateral scholarship program. Established in 1973 by then Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Elliott Trudeau and Chinese premier Zhou Enlai, this prestigious program has fostered mutual understanding, academic collaboration, and cultural exchange for over five decades.
