The uncovered writer is prepared to take greater risks (in the sense of larger potential cash losses) than the conservative writer in the hope of making larger profits. Le vendeur non couvert est prêt à prendre des risques plus grands (on entend par là des pertes éventuelles de capital) que le vendeur prudent dans l'espoir de réaliser des gains plus importants.
