Por consiguiente, cuando un solicitante alega temores de ser perseguido en el país de su nacionalidad, se debe determinar si en realidad posee la nacionalidad de ese país.

Distíngase el país de origen (de nacimiento) del país de nacionalidad (país cuya nacionalidad se ostenta) y del país de procedencia (último país de donde se proviene).
