This association joined NCVA [National Council of Veteran Associations in Canada] in 1992. It exists to foster comradeship among those who, having been awarded an official flying badge, have qualified to operate military aircraft and are serving or have served in the Armed Forces of those nations allied to the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth countries and NATO [North Atlantic Treaty Organization]. Cette association s'est jointe au CNAAC [Conseil national des associations d'anciens combattants au Canada] en 1992. Elle existe pour encourager la camaraderie entre ceux qui, ayant déjà reçu un insigne de pilote officiel, se sont qualifiés pour piloter un avion militaire, qu'ils aient servi ou qu'ils servent encore dans les forces armées des nations alliées au Royaume-Uni, aux pays du Commonwealth et à l'OTAN [Organisation du traité de l'Atlantique nord].
