The Canadian Forces' Decoration is awarded to officers and non‑commissioned members of the CF [Canadian Forces] (Regular Forces, Reserve Forces, officers of the Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC) and Canadian Rangers) who have completed twelve years of good and loyal service.
