As a general rule, at the time of making application to be appointed as administrator of the estate of a person dying intestate, the applicant must post with the court a bond to ensure that he/she properly carries out the functions of administrator.

The bond is signed by two sureties. The penalty in the bond is double the value of the estate.

Aquel en el que el propietario de un inmueble de productos como fideicomitente lo entrega al banco como fiduciario, que se encarga de administrarlo, después de acordar los contratos de arrendamiento respectivos: cobrar las rentas; pagar los impuestos relativos; cubrir los gastos de conservación, vigilancia y mantenimiento. El caso señalado da una idea somera de este tipo de fideicomisos que también son aplicables en herencias, tutelas, sucesiones o cualquier otro caso donde se considera conveniente la intervención de un tercero que, ajeno a afectaciones de carácter personal, pueda cumplir un objetivo determinado.
