Aspect Communications est un fournisseur de solutions intégrées de centres d'appels basé à San Jose (Californie). La société cotée au Nasdaq a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 512,3 millions de dollars en 1997 (environ 3 milliards de francs). Présidée par Jim Carreker, elle a récemment commercialisé un portail CRM (Aspect Customer Relationship Portal), un logiciel de data mart (Aspect Customer Data Mart) et un ACD adapté aux centres de contacts clients de petite et moyenne taille (Aspect Office). La société anglaise de communication directe MM Group vient d'adopter le logiciel de portail CRM pour gérer ses relations clients.
