The PSR (Private Sponsorship of Refugees) Program is strictly for sponsoring refugees and persons in refugee-like situations. Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations, there are two classes of persons who may qualify as refugees for Canada’s refugee and humanitarian resettlement program. Le PPPR (Programme de parrainage privé de réfugiés) est strictement réservé au parrainage de réfugiés et de personnes qui se trouvent dans une situation semblable.
