L'otospongiose [...] Dans certains cas la sémiologie est dominée par des acouphènes. L'otologiste constate cliniquement une absence de réflexe stapédien alors que le tympanogramme est normal. Il est rare qu'une sémiologie d'otite chronique soit associée à l'otospongiose, le tympan n'est donc habituellement pas modifié.
