The Department's management model for the training of civilian members of the Department. It is less well-known than the Canadian Forces Individual Training System (CFITS). In time, it may be amalgamated into the Canadian Forces Education and Training System (CFETS) along with CFITS and Officer Professional Development System (OPDS).
