With reference to CMD 03-M22, staff reported that OPG [Ontario Power Generation] shut down units 5 and 6 at Pickering 'B' (Units 7 and 8 were already in a shutdown state for other reasons) to effect repairs to a small leak in the demineralized water header at Unit 5.
