OBS

La fluorimétrie est un mode de détection très sensible mais très sélectif (peu de molécules sont naturellement fluorescentes). On peut en étendre le champ d'application grâce aux techniques de dérivation pré- ou postcolonne qui permettent de modifier les molécules afin de les rendre fluorescentes.
