A robot, which performs a controlled procedure whereby three or more controlled axis motions operate in accordance with instruction that specify the required time-based trajectory to the next required pose (normally achieved through interpolation).

OBS

The velocity is usually varied for all axis motions so that the desired trajectory is generated.
