Action Housing is a charitable organization devoted to assisting low-income individuals and families to find and maintain safe, affordable and adequate rental housing. Our objectives: 1. To offer direct bilingual services to a socio-economically disadvantaged clientele in matters pertaining to housing by: Managing one or more centres of access to housing services; Keeping a diverse and qualified team of workers to better serve our clientele; Maintaining an adequate and secure workplace; Diversifying our funding base to render it more stable; 2. To sensitize the population to the reality of homelessness and the needs of the inadequately housed of Ottawa; 3. To valorize partnerships with community organizations and government; 4. Action-Logement est une organisation à but non-lucratif assistant les individus et familles à revenu modeste à obtenir et maintenir un logement adéquat et sécuritaire. Nos objectifs: 1. Offrir des services bilingues directs à la clientèle socio-économiquement défavorisée en matière de logement en: Gérant un point d'accès ou plus; S'assurant d'avoir une équipe diversifiée et qualifiée pour mieux desservir les besoins de sa clientèle; Maintenant un milieu de travail sain et adéquat; Diversifiant son financement de base afin de le rendre stable; 2. Sensibiliser la population à la réalité du logement pour les sans-logis et les mal-logés de la Ville d'Ottawa; 3. Valoriser les partenariats avec les agences communautaires et les paliers gouvernementaux; 4.
