OBS

The key objective of the Committee for Canada-Wide Standards in Education is to arrive at a measure of national educational standards for graduates from Canadian high schools or others who have had equivalent preparation. Focus is on core subjects such as language, maths and science. These are considered areas that impact on the coping abilities of youth as they emerge from the high school stage to face rapidly evolving demands in communicative, technological and scientific knowledge and skills.
