CEMA is a multi-stakeholder group established in 1997 to develop management systems to address the cumulative effects of regional development in northern Alberta. CEMA also provides an on going point of contact for issues related to cumulative effects. Regional stakeholders are able to contact CEMA to present new issues, or to voice concerns, questions or comments on the progress of regional issues.

Le CEMA est un groupe multilatéral créé en 1997 en vue d'élaborer des systèmes de gestion des effets cumulatifs du développement national du nord de l'Alberta. Ce groupe sert de point de contact permanent pour les problèmes liés aux effets cumulatifs. Les parties intéressées régionales peuvent contacter la CEMA pour la saisir de nouveaux problèmes ou lui transmettre leurs préoccupations, leurs questions ou leurs commentaires sur l'évolution des problèmes régionaux.
