web minipage: The Translation Bureau recommends in its revised 2013 Linguistic Recommendation that “web” not be capitalized when it is part of a compound, whether the compound is written as two words or one, with or without a hyphen.

Les minipages Web : pour offrir un service plus accessible aux conducteurs ordinaires, les constructeurs automobiles ont installé dans leurs locaux un mégacalculateur que les automobilistes interrogent, par le biais d'un téléphone mobile et d'un opérateur, sur le guidage, des informations sur le trafic, et l'action via GPS sur certains organes de la voiture, comme le verrouillage des portes.

minipage Web : Le Bureau de la traduction préconise dans sa Recommandation linguistique révisée en 2013 la majuscule initiale lorsque «Web» est employé après un nom qu’il qualifie. Il est toujours invariable.
