OBS

The Rui Foundation, non-profit body, established by Presidential Decree, No. 932 of Sept. 16, 1959. The main purpose of the Foundation is to promote the complete education of the younger generations by sponsoring or directly running cultural undertakings of an international dimension, all of them devised to meet the emerging needs expressed by the youth. The Foundation carries out its educational task both autonomously and in collaboration with national bodies, as well as with such international organizations as the European Commission, the Council of Europe and Unesco.
