Steps for Life – Walking for Victims of Workplace Tragedy is a 5 km fundraising walk to help support families who have suffered from a workplace fatality, life-altering injury or occupational disease. It’s the primary fundraising event for Threads of Life, a national registered charity dedicated to supporting families ofworkplace tragedy. Steps for Life also raises awareness about the importance of health and safety within workplaces and to the public. Steps for Life tient la marche, traditionnellement, le premier dimanche du mois de mai pour faire partie de la Semaine de la Santé et sécurité au travail nord américaine (SSTNA). La marche de 5 kms œuvre à augmenter la sensibilisation de l’importance de la santé et la sécurité au travail et pour le public.
