A flight having exclusively domestic stages.

CONT

The Air Transportation Tax will be restructured to reduce the tax burden on short-haul domestic and transborder flights and to recover a greater proportion of the costs of air facilities and services provided by Transport Canada.

OBS

A flight stage not classifiable as international. Domestic flight stages include all flight stages flown between points within the domestic boundaries of a State by an air carrier whose principal place of business is in that State. Flight stages between a State and territories belonging to it, as well as any flight stages between two such territories, should be classified as domestic. This applies even though a stage may cross international waters or over the territory of another State.

Tout vol qui ne peut être classé comme international. Les vols intérieurs comprennent tous les vols effectués entre des points situés dans les limites des frontières d'un État par un transporteur aérien qui a son principal établissement dans ledit État. Les vols effectués entre un État et les territoires qui lui appartiennent ainsi qu'entre deux de ces territoires sont à classer comme intérieurs, même s'ils traversent l'espace situé au-dessus des eaux internationales ou du territoire d'un autre État.

Todas las etapas de vuelo que no puedan clasificarse como internacionales. Las etapas de vuelo interiores comprenden todas las realizadas entre puntos comprendidos dentro de las fronteras nacionales de un Estado por un transportista cuya oficina principal esté en dicho Estado. Las etapas de vuelo realizadas entre un Estado y los territorios que le pertenecen, así como las realizadas entre dos de esos territorios, se clasificarán como interiores. Esto se aplica aun en el caso de etapas que atraviesan aguas internacionales o sobrevuelan el territorio de otro Estado.

Por conveniencia en los formularios de información de transporte aéreo, se utiliza la forma "vuelo interior".
