Manitoba Culture, Heritage and Tourism. The Designated Heritage Buildings Grants Program assists the owners and lessees of designated heritage buildings with projects related to the appropriate conservation of their historic buildings. Through this support, the program helps to preserve the nature and quality of such buildings, in order to enhance our understanding and appreciation of Manitoba's heritage.
