The tenant service methodology focuses on tenant service related outcomes that reflect tenant satisfaction, contracting and asset integrity. The contractor may undertake tenant services work as described in this part. The RFP (Request for proposal) will provide a revenue sharing calculation and process for distributing management fees between the contractor and PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada].
